How to reach the LPGP?

LPGP is part of the Scientific Campus of the Faculty of Science of Orsay (Paris-Saclay University), which spreads between Orsay and the Saclay plateau, at about 25km at South of Paris, in the department of Essonne (91).

By car
From Paris, two main routes are possible:
From Paris "Porte de Saint Cloud"
Take road D910 towards "Pont de Sèvres"
Take road N118 direction A10 - A11 (Orléans, Bordeaux, Chartres, Nantes)
Exit at Orsay
Head towards "centre universitaire".
or
From Paris "Porte d'Orléans" or "Porte d'Italie"
Take the A6 motorway (Lyon), then A10 motorway (Orléans, Bordeaux, Massy, Palaiseau).
Exit A10 to "Bures/Orsay" and take the joint Chevreuse/D188
Exit at Orsay
Head towards "centre universitaire".
By train, subway, RER from Paris
The Campus is also easily accessible by metropolitane and RER (Réseau Express Régional - Regional Express Railroad).
Take the RER B towards "Saint Rémy-lès-Chevreuse".
Choose a train stopping at the station "Orsay-Ville" (the stations are indicated on the docks by lighted signs).
Journey timing (approx.)
Gare du Nord - Orsay-Ville : 45 min
Châtelet-les-Halles - Orsay-Ville : 40 min
Denfert-Rochereau - Orsay-Ville : 35 min
Antony - Orsay-Ville : 20 min
Massy-Palaiseau - Orsay-Ville : 15 min
Exit the station and go under the tracks through the tunnel on the left out.

By plane
The Campus is near Orly airport (15 minutes by car).
It is also possible to go from Orly by "the OrlyVal" automatic train to Antony station where there is the correspondence with the RER B (after approx. 3/4 hours).
From Roissy airport (north of Paris), he should drive to regain first the Paris ring road.
The RER B goes from Roissy to Orsay (after approx 1:30).
